considerations of an italian videogamer travelling in virtual worlds
I am a journalist, senior editor (redattore capo) of Architectural Digest Italy. I have an architectural degree and I am the author of "Second Life" (Meltemi, 2007) and "Rinascimento virtuale" (Meltemi, 2008). I also wrote "Mondi virtuali" (Castelvecchi, 2006, with Aurélien Pfeffer), a book about virtual worlds. I founded Synthravels (www.synthravels.com) and launched the Convention for the Preservation of the Virtual Architectural Heritage. I am a member of the OMNSH (Observatoire des mondes numeriques en sciences humaines) and I teach Multimedia and Digital Landscapes at the Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico of Milan. I am the curator of the exhibition "Rinascimento virtuale" about the art of Second Life. My new book, about the film director Terence Young, will be published in September 2009. mario.gerosa@fastwebnet.it

Interessante articolo che conferma l'importanza e il valore dei lavori creati in Second Life. Peccato che le Gallerie RL prendano in considerazione e valutino esclusivamente le opere degli artisti affermati, mentre in SL operano,con ottimi risultati, molti creativi sconosciuti che dovrebbero essere valorizzati.
